When your ready to do the workouts i recommend you do leg lifts (when you move them up breathe in, when you lower them breathe out slowly), you can also do criss cross legs for 5 minutes, the object of it is to keep your legs in the air for about 3-5 minutes and cross them while in the air. basically all you need to do is run, push ups, pull ups, leg lifts and the criss cross thing (i made it up myself) also when your done working out, don’t go and eat ice cream, drink some milk, eat something healthy, but not too healthy like celery because, celery actually burns calories while your eating it, and if your my age and this tall you don’t want to look anorexic I’m almost 13 And I really want a 6 pack!
